It was a very difficult job in an old Grade II listed house with crazy plumbing and pipes going off in all directions and it took two days in the end as there was more than one leak.
Martin was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and thought it wasn’t cheap (hoping the insurance co reimburse me!) it was a difficult job done very professionally… so can’t recommend them enough.

Martin and his team replaced our lead pipe water supply with new plastic pipe. They did the work over 2 days up to our boundary, then we had Anglia water come out 2 weeks later to connect us to the mains. Martin and his team then came back to do the final changeover inside our house and capped off from the old water supply and run test on the new supply. I would recommend waterwise plumbing ltd, they carried the work on time and explained everything to us,we are very happy to have found Martin to carry out the work.

Martin from Waterwise attended our office today as Anglian Water had fiited a smart meter (without our knowledge) and told us we had a leak, gave us 28 days to fix it. When Martin arrived he was brilliant, on time, knowledgeable and in no time at all has found where the problem was and advised us on how to fix it. From first contact with the company we had immeditate email response and engagement, very professional and would highly recommend.

After being let down by my insurance company leaving my home with no water I found Martin as one of the recommended plumbers on the Anglian Water website, On contacting Martin he tried to get to me as soon as he was free the same day repairing the pipe work and leaving the area clean and tidy. His knowledge was invaluable and had been very helpful even long after the work was done, I would definitely use him again.

Martin was great. He came out quickly, when he suspected the leak might not be on my side of the main feed from the meter he told me to call Anglia Water and told me what to say to them. Anglia Water found and repaired their leak and all sorted. Martin refused payment but has saved me time and money and I'm very grateful. He was professional, friendly and I highly recommend him. When we discussed options if it was my responsibility then the cost was very reasonable too. I can't recommend more.

Excellent service, outstanding. I had a serious leak which Martin was able to detect and find. We had no heating or water for 10 days on the day we moved house. To say it was a desperate situation is an understatement, this close to Christmas. Highly recommend Martin. I wish we had found him sooner.
